How SanCrew works

Fixed prices from different crews, before you book — for your home and your car. The whole system has three parts.

  1. 01

    SanCrew defines the work

Every package has a fixed scope: what gets done and what does not. Standard upkeep, detailed deep, extreme deep, move-out and move-in, post-construction and hourly for homes; exterior, standard, deep and extreme detailing for cars. Every crew works from the same checklist, so a deep clean means the same thing whoever you book.

  2. 02

    Crews set their prices

Cleaners price each package per area block, per bathroom and per kitchen. Detailers price each package per vehicle size. Those rates are theirs, published on their profiles, and they only change when the crew changes them.

  3. 03

    You get fixed prices

Pick the package and tell us about your home: address, area blocks, bathrooms and kitchens. For a car, its year, make and model. SanCrew does the math for every crew who covers your address and shows you fixed prices side by side, with reviews. No estimates, no callbacks, no haggling.

The short version

Same scope, whoever you book

Each package is one checklist. Every crew works from it.

Fixed prices, side by side

Your home details plus each crew’s rates equal a real price for your job.

Payment held until done

Pay securely at checkout. The payment is only held until the job is finished.

Booking, step by step

1. Enter your address

Crews choose their own service areas, so the first step is seeing who covers your street. Enter your address and SanCrew shows the crews who list your neighborhood.

2. Choose the package and your home details

Standard upkeep, deep clean, move-out, post-construction, hourly, or a car detail. Then the size of the job: area blocks, bathrooms and kitchens, or your vehicle. The scope is fixed by the package; the price follows the size.

3. Compare fixed prices and reviews

Every crew who covers your address shows a fixed price for exactly your job, next to their rating, reviews and badges. Compare them side by side and pick the one you like.

4. Book, relax, rebook

Pay securely at checkout. The payment is only held until the job is done. Found a crew you like? Rebook the same person for every visit, and if they are ever unavailable, compare who else covers your street in minutes.

The full scope of each package is public: see standard upkeep cleaning, detailed deep cleaning, move-out and move-in cleaning and car detailing for exactly what is included and what counts as an add-on.

What moves the price

Four inputs, and every crew prices each one themselves. Add-ons such as inside the oven or carpet washing are priced separately by each crew, and recurring visits carry each crew’s own weekly, bi-weekly and every-four-weeks rates.

Area blocks

Living space in 250 sq ft blocks. A studio is one block; each extra bedroom adds one.

Bathrooms

Priced per bathroom. Bathrooms are the slowest rooms, so this moves the price most.

Kitchens

Priced per kitchen. Almost always one.

Vehicle size

For detailing: small, medium, large or extra-large, matched automatically from your year, make and model.

For crews: your business, your terms

Set your own prices

You decide what each package costs, per area block, bathroom and kitchen, or per vehicle size. Customers see your rates on your profile and get a fixed price for their job.

Choose your areas and schedule

List the neighborhoods you want to work in and the hours you want to work. Customers who book you are customers on your terms.

Frequently asked questions

Why are the prices fixed?

Because both halves of the price are fixed before you look. The scope of each package is defined by SanCrew, and each crew has already set what they charge per area block, bathroom and kitchen. Enter your home details and the math is done: the number you see is the number you pay for that package, from that crew.

Who sets the prices on SanCrew?

Each crew sets their own rates for every package they offer, and their profile shows where their prices start. SanCrew turns those rates into a fixed price for your home so you can compare crews on the same job.

Why do different crews show different prices for the same job?

Because they are different businesses. Experience, team size, insurance and equipment all go into what a crew charges, so the same deep clean can be priced very differently by two crews. The scope is identical, which is exactly why the comparison is fair.

When do I pay?

You pay securely at checkout and the payment is only held until the job is done. You are never asked to pay a crew in cash to secure a booking.

Can I book the same crew every time?

Yes. Once you find a crew you like, rebook the same person for every visit. Many crews set their own weekly, bi-weekly and every-four-weeks rates, so a standing booking is usually priced below a one-off. If your regular crew is unavailable, compare who else covers your street and book a backup in minutes.

Does car detailing work the same way?

Yes. Detailing packages have a fixed scope too, detailers price each package per vehicle size, and you enter the car's year, make and model instead of room counts. The size class is matched automatically, and the detailer comes to your driveway or garage.
