The short version
You describe the job

Crews answer with their price
Every crew who serves your address, side by side.
You choose, Dispatch coordinates
Checkout, messages, check-ins, and changes, with your tap on every commitment.
More than a chatbot
Most assistants answer a question and stop. Dispatch is connected to the parts of SanCrew that actually move a job forward. When you say “I need a deep clean next Saturday,” it checks which crews serve your address, works out the home size and scope with you, and prepares the request. When you say “tell my crew the gate code is at the side door,” it sends that message now, in your crew’s language. When you say “move Friday to Monday,” it pulls up the booking and drafts the change.
What it never does is commit for you. Every action that matters, sending a request, booking a crew, paying, rescheduling, cancelling, arrives as a card you tap. Some things, like a message to your crew or the day-before check-in, happen on their own. The rest waits for you. Dispatch removes the searching, the forms, and the follow-ups. The decisions stay yours.
For customers
Everything you would otherwise do across a search page, a booking form, a messaging thread, and a reminder app, in one conversation.
Finds the crews who serve your address
Give Dispatch your address and the job. It checks who covers your area for that service, with their ratings and reviews, instead of making you search.
Asks every crew at once, and shows you each answer
One pre-offer goes to every crew who can do the job. As they answer, you see each crew's own price side by side and choose. Nothing is taken from your card until you book.
Books the crew you pick, on their real availability
When you choose a crew, Dispatch carries the date, time, and their price straight into checkout. Already know the crew you want? Dispatch checks their open times and puts a Book card in front of you.
Messages your crew for you
Say what you want your crew to know and Dispatch sends it right away, translated into the language your crew chose. Their replies come back to you the same way.
Reschedules, add-ons, and cancellations
Need a different day, an extra add-on, or to cancel? Dispatch pulls up the booking and prepares the change for you to send. Your crew confirms it.
Answers the questions that come up
What's included in a deep clean, how payment works, what happens if a crew can't make it. Dispatch answers from SanCrew's actual policies, not guesses.
For crews
Crews get their own Dispatch in the ForCrew app. It is the same assistant on the other side of the same job, so a customer’s message, check-in, or reschedule lands in the crew’s chat the moment it is sent.
Pre-offers, with a clear yes or no
New requests arrive in Dispatch with the service, home size, date, and what you'd earn at your own price. Accept or decline in a tap. If something changes, you can withdraw a yes before the customer books.
Every message in your own language
Read and reply in English, Spanish, Turkish, or Portuguese. Dispatch translates each message into the language the other person chose, in both directions, so nothing gets lost.
Your schedule, in plain words
Ask what's coming up this week, pull up one job's details, propose a new time to a customer, or block a day off. Every change still goes through you.
Your own customers, on your calendar
Tell Dispatch to put one of your own customers on your schedule. Paying cash? The job goes on your calendar with the usual reminders. Paying by card? SanCrew emails them a pay link and the job is booked when they pay. Either way, no platform fee.
Earnings at a glance
Ask Dispatch what you've earned and what's pending. You keep the full price you set; SanCrew's fee is added on top and paid by the customer.
Getting set up
New to SanCrew? Dispatch walks you through service areas, availability, and pricing for each cleaning type, then saves what you choose.
It doesn’t wait to be asked
A good coordinator follows up without being reminded. Dispatch runs these on a schedule, for every booking, for both sides.
- 1
While your pre-offer is open
Dispatch tells you the moment a crew says yes, and if a crew becomes unavailable or nobody is free, it closes the loop instead of leaving you waiting.
- 2
The day before
Both you and your crew get a “Still on for tomorrow?” check-in. Answer in Dispatch and the other side is told you've confirmed.
- 3
About an hour before
Dispatch gives you a heads-up that your crew is coming and asks if there's anything they should know before they arrive. Tell it the gate code or where to park and it sends that on to your crew.
- 4
A few minutes after you book
Dispatch asks what made you pick that crew and passes the feedback to the other crews, so good work gets the credit.
How Dispatch works
Before, during, and after a service, this is what Dispatch handles and where your tap comes in.
Before
Describe, compare, choose
- Tell Dispatch what you need. Type without an account, or sign in to talk.
- It finds the crews who serve your address and sends your pre-offer when you tap Send.
- Crews answer with their own prices. You compare and pick one.
- Checkout takes your card. Only then is it a booking.
During
Stay in sync
- Day-before and hour-before check-ins for you and your crew.
- Messages relayed and translated in both directions.
- Reschedules and add-ons prepared for you to send.
- Running late or locked out? Tell Dispatch and your crew hears it.
After
Close it out
- Dispatch asks what made you pick your crew and passes the feedback on.
- Ready to review? Tell Dispatch and it posts the review when you tap.
- Want the same crew again? Dispatch checks their times and puts a Book card in front of you.
Who decides what
Crews set the price. You make the booking. Dispatch coordinates. The crews on SanCrew are independent businesses: they choose their service areas, their schedules, and their own price for every job, and Dispatch is built so it cannot quote, estimate, or negotiate a price on their behalf. Nothing is taken from your card until you book at checkout. For a pre-offer, the crew has already said yes, so your card is charged when you book; for a direct booking it is held and charged when the crew accepts. SanCrew handles the booking, the secure payment, and support if anything needs sorting out.

Dispatch AI, answered
What is Dispatch AI?
Dispatch is the assistant built into SanCrew's website and apps. It is not a support chatbot that points you to a help article. You tell it what you need, in text or by voice, and it does the work of a booking coordinator: it finds the independent crews who serve your address, sends your request to all of them at once, relays each crew's own price as the answers come in, carries your choice into checkout, and then stays with the job. It passes messages between you and your crew, translating them when the two of you use different languages. It checks in the day before and an hour before the appointment. It prepares reschedules, add-on changes, and cancellations for you to send. Crews have their own Dispatch for pre-offers, schedules, customer messages, and earnings. One assistant runs both sides of the same job.
How does a pre-offer work, and is it a booking?
A pre-offer is a request, not a booking. When you describe a job, Dispatch prepares it and shows you a summary; your tap on Send is what sends it, to every crew who covers your area and offers that service. Each crew who can do it answers yes with their own price for that job. Crews have about an hour to respond, and your request stays open for about two hours, so you can compare the answers and choose. Nothing is taken from your card and nothing is confirmed until you tap Book on the crew you want and complete checkout. Dispatch cannot send a pre-offer, book, pay, reschedule, or cancel on its own; every one of those is a card you tap. If a crew becomes unavailable while your request is open, Dispatch tells you and the other answers stay live. If no crew is free, it closes the request early and invites you to try another time.
Who sets the price?
The crews do. Every cleaner and detailer on SanCrew is an independent business that sets its own rates, and Dispatch is built to respect that. It is not allowed to quote, estimate, or negotiate a price, and it will not ask for your budget. What it does instead is collect prices from the crews themselves: when a crew answers your pre-offer, their price for your exact job comes with the answer, and when you ask about a specific crew, Dispatch shows that crew's own rate. You see real numbers from real crews, side by side, before you decide. SanCrew does not set, suggest, or cap what any crew charges. SanCrew's fee is added on top of the crew's price and paid by you at checkout, so the crew keeps the full amount they set. That is the arrangement Dispatch explains if you ask.
Can Dispatch change or cancel an existing booking?
Yes, with you in the loop. Tell Dispatch you need a different day, an add-on like the inside of the oven, or to cancel, and it pulls up the booking, prepares the change, and shows you a card. You tap to send it. A reschedule or add-on change goes to your crew, who accepts it or proposes something else, because crews keep their own calendars. A cancellation follows SanCrew's cancellation policy, which Dispatch shows you before you confirm. Dispatch never changes a booking or your payment by itself. If you simply want to tell your crew something, such as a new door code or that the dog will be home, say so and Dispatch sends the message immediately, translated if your crew uses another language, with no card needed. Crews can propose a new time to you the same way from their side.
Does Dispatch work by voice, in other languages, and without an account?
Yes to all three, with one condition. On sancrew.com Dispatch sits on most pages, and you can start typing with no account: ask whether crews serve your address, compare them, and get answers. A live voice call, on the website or in the SanCrew app, needs you to be signed in; once you are, you can describe your home, answer Dispatch's questions, and confirm a card by speaking. Dispatch asks you to sign in when you tap Send pre-offer or Book, because crews need a way to reach you and a booking needs a card on file. Both customers and crews can set Dispatch to English, Spanish, Turkish, or Portuguese. Every message relayed between a customer and a crew is translated into the recipient's language, in both directions, with names, addresses, times, and numbers kept exactly as written. Dispatch can send your request only to crews who actually serve your address, across the San Francisco Bay Area; if none covers your block yet, it tells you plainly.
What does Dispatch do before and after my appointment?
It runs the follow-ups a good coordinator would, on a schedule, without being asked. While your pre-offer is open, it tells you as crews answer and closes the request if no one is free. About a day before a confirmed job, both you and your crew get a “Still on for tomorrow?” check-in; answer in Dispatch and the other side is told you have confirmed. About an hour before, Dispatch lets you know your crew is coming and asks whether there is anything they should know before they arrive, so a gate code, parking instructions, or where to find the key can go to the crew before they ring the bell. Your crew gets the same hour-before heads-up and can tell Dispatch if they are running late. A few minutes after you book, Dispatch asks what made you pick that crew and passes the feedback to the other crews. When you want to leave a review, tell Dispatch and it posts it when you tap.
