Add your own customer in four steps
Open ForCrew and find your code
Your personal booking code lives on your ForCrew home screen, in the “Your Free Booking Tool” card. That code marks a customer as yours — bookings made with it carry no SanCrew commission.
Tap “Add my customer to my schedule”
It opens the booking flow with your code already applied. Set up the job exactly as you and your customer agreed — the home details, the date and time, and your own price.
Choose how you get paid
Card: your customer gets a secure payment link by text — they pay online and the booking confirms itself, protected by the platform. Cash or Zelle: nothing is sent — you collect directly and the visit simply lands on your schedule.
SanCrew takes it from there

Common questions
Does SanCrew take a cut of my own customers?
No. Bookings made with your code carry zero SanCrew commission. On card payments, a third-party payment processing fee (Stripe: 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) is added to the customer's total — it is not deducted from your earnings. Cash and Zelle bookings involve no processing fee at all.
So how does SanCrew make money?
Only on customers the marketplace brings you. When a new customer finds and books you through SanCrew, the platform's service fee is added on top of the price you set. Your own customers are yours — managing them here costs you nothing, ever.
Who sets the price?
You do — always, in both modes. The tool books the job at your rates, the same rates you set in ForCrew. SanCrew never sets, suggests, or adjusts a pro's pricing.
What's the difference between card and cash/Zelle?
Card bookings are paid through a secure link before the visit and are guaranteed by the platform — no chasing payments. Cash/Zelle bookings put the visit on your schedule with reminders and rebooking, but you collect the money yourself and the payment isn't guaranteed by SanCrew.
Can my customer book me directly instead?
Yes. Share your personal link — when your customer opens it, the site shows only your profile and your prices, never a list of other pros. Whatever they book lands straight on your schedule, still commission-free.
Do my customers need the app?
No. They pay (or confirm) through a simple web link — no download, no account setup gymnastics. They'll get confirmations and reminders automatically.
What about recurring customers?
Set the visit as weekly, every two weeks, or every four weeks and the schedule maintains itself — the visits appear on your ForCrew schedule and your customer is reminded before each one.
